Our rates are published because you should not have to ask twice. These are the same rates for everyone, whether it is a laptop or a building full of them.
Diagnostics
$55prepaid at check-in
Covers a full diagnostic and a written report back to you. The $55 is credited toward the repair if you decide to go ahead.
In-shop & remote support
$110per hour
Applies after diagnostics or during a consultation. This is usually the minimum charge — we tell you before you go past it.
On-site support
$165per hour
We come to your home, office, school or campus. Additional charges may apply outside Tallahassee — call the office for details.
The $55 diagnostic is credited toward your repair. Parts are always quoted before any work starts.
