$55 diagnostic, $110 an hour in shop, $165 on-site. Published, not improvised per customer. Most shops in this category will not tell you a number until your Mac is already on their bench.

No surprise invoices

Most shops make you hand over the Mac before they will talk about money. Here are our rates, on the page, before you call.

  • Diagnostics

    $55prepaid at check-in

    Covers a full diagnostic and a written report back to you. The $55 is credited toward the repair if you decide to go ahead.

  • In-shop & remote support

    $110per hour

    Applies after diagnostics or during a consultation. This is usually the minimum charge — we tell you before you go past it.

  • On-site support

    $165per hour

    We come to your home, office, school or campus. Additional charges may apply outside Tallahassee — call the office for details.

The $55 diagnostic is credited toward your repair. Parts are always quoted before any work starts.

    Tell us what it is doing. Often we can tell you on the phone whether it is worth bringing in.

    A $55 diagnostic

    Prepaid at check-in. We test it properly and report back — and the $55 comes off the repair.

  3. 03

    You get every option

    Repair, upgrade, replace or leave it. With costs. Including the option that earns us nothing.

  4. 04

    In shop, remote or on-site

    Whichever suits. $110 an hour here or remotely, $165 if we come to you.
